Estimates provided over the phone or based on photos are indicative only. A formal quotation may require a site inspection. Final pricing depends on the actual scope of work identified on site.
3. Workmanship
All work is carried out in accordance with relevant Australian Standards and Queensland regulations.Plumbtek Solutions is fully licensed (QBCC Lic #15478901; Gas (GWL/GWA) Lic #L94091) and insured.
4. Customer-Supplied Materials
Where customers supply their own fixtures or materials, Plumbtek Solutions will install them provided they are suitable and compliant, but cannot warrant the performance of products we did not supply.
5. Payment
Payment terms will be confirmed prior to work commencing. Accepted payment methods will be discussed at the time of booking.
6. Cancellations
We ask that customers provide as much notice as possible if a booking needs to be rescheduled or cancelled.
